Paul's Note - April 29, 2022

Those of you that have driven to Las Vegas over the past few years, have seen signs along US 93 that say “Future I-11 corridor.” 

Improving that corridor to be an interstate highway makes sense. It will be able to better handle traffic between Phoenix and Las Vegas and communities in Utah. 

2nd Annual Moving Tucson Summit

The City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM) is excited to announce its 2nd Annual Moving Tucson Summit, a free virtual conference on Friday, May 6, 2022. The purpose of the summit is to create a space for the community to discuss transportation services, safety improvements, urban planning, public space, and transit through an equitable lens.

Prop 101 Crack Seal/Fog Seal April 25

Crews from VSS International, under contract with the City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM), are continuing the crack seal/ fog seal program on various roadway segments throughout the City. The roadway improvements are associated with the voter-approved Proposition 101 Tucson Delivers Better Streets Program.
