The City of Tucson is hiring election workers (English and Spanish) for voting locations and ballot boards for this year’s primary and general elections. The dates are Tuesday, Aug. 27, and Tuesday, Nov. 5. Hours vary depending on the position.
To apply, a person must be a reside in Tucson city limits, be a registered voter affiliated with a major political party at least 29 days prior to the election, and have transportation to and from the voting location. There are also other requirements, and mandatory training will be scheduled for each position.
