Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona is recruiting volunteers for its mentoring program. Mentor2.0 matches high school students with a mentor to support them through high school while helping them develop a plan for their future.
Mentors volunteer for four hours per month (two hours online, two hours in person) to help encourage, strengthen, and support a student’s potential. Mentors must be at least 21 years old, have completed two years of college (or be a high school graduate with professional life experience), have access to the internet, and have two hours available to meet once a month in-person, in the evening, at the student’s school.
Additional program requirements include a one-hour orientation, 45-minute interview, and a background check. Learn more from the YouTube video below.
