City Accepting Applications for Home Repair Programs

The City of Tucson is accepting applications for new and existing housing rehabilitation programs. Funds are available now through the City Home Advocacy Repair & Modification (CHARM) Programs.

Financial and technical assistance will be provided to low-income homeowners faced with an urgent housing repair situation. Eligibility is limited to owner-occupied homes within city limits. Areas include major and minor home repair, home access, mobile home repair, and lead hazard reduction.
