City Council to Discuss Zoning for Proposed Hotel Near TCC

The Mayor and Tucson Council tonight will consider amending the Planned Area Development (PAD) District Zone for the Tucson Convention Center (TCC). If approved, the amendment would expand allowed land uses to make way for a new hotel and other activities in the area.

If approved, the amendment would expand allowed land uses to make way for a six-story, 125-room, limited-services hotel and other activities in the area, while also adding 95 parking spaces.
