City Council Members Sworn in Today

Three Tucson City Council members were sworn in this morning during a brief ceremony at City Hall.

Democrat Paul Durham took the oath of office as the newest member of the Council in Ward 3, replacing Karin Uhlich who did not run for re-election. Ward 5 Democrat Richard Fimbres took the oath for another term in office, as did Democrat Steve Kozachik in Ward 6.

The City Council also selected Ward 2 Democrat Paul Cunningham as vice mayor.
