The City of Tucson is recruiting a lead human resources analyst-benefits for its Human Resources department. This lead position acts as a back-up to the benefits manager and provides technical support in the delivery of the City's self-insured medical program and ancillary insurance and wellness programs.
Responsibilities also include assisting with preparation of short- and long-range cost estimates and projections, creating and delivering presentations, and maintaining confidentiality throughout all communications and data interactions.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in the field of human resources benefits, finance, or related field. Applications must be received by Oct. 6.
