The City of Tucson is recruiting a lead management analyst for its Human Resources department. The analyst will have indirect lead capacity over teams and projects in the Shared Services, Operations, and Pension & Benefits divisions of Human Resources and will report to the deputy director.
Responsibilities also include coordinating and maintaining website content, managing social media platforms, drafting newsletters, and preparing weekly updates. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in the field of human resources. Applications must be received by July 31.
