The City of Tucson is accepting applications for analysts to fill non-perm positions in its Human Resources department. One is in the Transportation Satellite Unit and will assist the Lead HR Analyst with all Transportation department recruitments. The other is in the Classification and Compensation Unit and will assist with analyzing, editing, and creating job data, job specifications, and minimum qualifications.
Individuals in these classifications may not exceed 1,300 hours in a 12-month period. Minimum qualifications include possessing a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in human resources management.
The deadline to apply is March 5. Oral board interviews will be held March 13.
