The City of Tucson’s Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) is inviting the public to provide comments on updates to the City’s development impact fee program next Tuesday, Feb. 4, at the Mayor and Tucson City Council regular meeting.
The Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan outlining growth projections and infrastructure needs will be considered at the public hearing. The City of Tucson collects development impact fees to fund public infrastructure improvements needed due to growth.
