The City of Tucson is seeking a senior contract officer to develop, coordinate, and implement procurement contracts, programs, and policies as part of a team responsible for contracting activities for all City departments. This is a senior position in Business Services’ Procurement Division.
The job requires performing tasks at a proficient level and handling difficult and complex assignments. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in public contracting are required. The ideal candidate will also possess one or more professional certifications related to this field. Applications must be received by Dec. 5.
