The City of Tucson is recruiting a database administrator to join its Information Technology department. An administrator develops, administers, and maintains department databases to ensure security, accuracy, and efficiency. He or she also provides support for databases running on several platforms to enable user access to data.
This position requires strong administrative skills in the Oracle (11g and higher) and SQL Server (2012 and higher) environments. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
The position is open until Jan. 20. Oral board interviews are scheduled for Jan. 30.
