The City’s Office of Innovation and Strategy is accepting applications for an innovation technologist to help consult, advise, and coordinate special program efforts with a focus on lean practices and elimination of waste. This position reports to the City Manager’s Office and works in coordination and consultation with the Information Technology department to identify and explore new and emerging technologies through research, pilots, and prototyping.
At least three years of experience in professional-level information technology work utilizing analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up recommendations, is required.
