Community Conservation Efforts Lauded in Daily Wildcat Article

The University of Arizona's Daily Wildcat newspaper features an article on the Tucson community's water conservation efforts and how these efforts have led to a surplus of both reclaimed water and drinking water.

Tucson Water's reclamation, xeriscape landscaping, City ordinances, and rebate and incentive programs are some of the ways that have contributed to protecting our water supply and natural water systems. Tucsonans are using the same amount of water as in 1985, even with more than a 20% increase in population.
