Cyclovia Tucson Set to Launch Mayor's Fitness Challenge With Cigna

Cyclovia Tucson, the biannual “open streets” event presented by Living Streets Alliance, will be the launch of Mayor Jonathan Rothschild's dedicated fitness month.

“April is Tucson Fitness Month, an opportunity for Tucsonans of all ages to find new fitness activities - for free,” Rothschild said. “Stop by my booth (inside Tucson Museum of Art’s Courtyard) at Cyclovia and pick up a free calendar and check out some of the free fitness classes and activities happening in April.”

Cyclovia Tucson will be held this Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The downtown to South Tucson route includes several activity hubs along the way. Follow the links below for a map and additional information. Cyclovia attracts tens of thousands of people who enjoy 2.5 miles of car-free city streets for one day. During a five-hour period, participants are invited to walk, bike, dance, explore, discover, and play along the route.
