Downtown Mural Designs to be Unveiled Tomorrow

The public will get its first chance tomorrow to see eight mural designs selected for the City of Tucson Mural Program. The unveiling will be held from 6-7 p.m. in the Joel D. Valdez Main Library's Lower Level Meeting Room, 101 N. Stone Ave.

The murals will be painted at various downtown locations between May 2 and June 6.

The project is managed by the Tucson Arts Brigade, with support from the Tohono O’odham Nation, Visit Tucson, Graffiti Protective Coatings, Downtown Tucson Partnership, and Friends of Tucson Arts Brigade.
