Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) and its partners will be conducting a mass spay/neuter clinic to alter 200 free-roaming cats. On Saturday, Aug. 8, Pima County residents who are caring for unaltered cats who live at least part time outdoors can bring them to 4000 N. Silverbell Road and have them spayed or neutered for free.
The clinic is part of PACC’s trap-neuter-return (TNR) Community Cat Project with Best Friends Animal Society® and the project’s funder, PetSmart Charities™. The project seeks to alter 15,000 free-roaming cats over three years. Read more from Pima County.
