Governor Issues Executive Order for Postponement of Eviction Actions

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey issued an executive order on Tuesday, March 24, postponing evictions for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This order will be in place for 120 days and will assist those who are quarantined during this time or facing economic hardships.

The order says that if you are a tenant suffering from job loss or circumstances from COVID-19 that have required you to seek relief from eviction, you must notify your landlord or property owner with documentation. Find additional resources here.
