The City of Tucson is recruiting a transportation program coordinator to oversee the Complete Streets program in the Tucson Department of Transportation. This position will work with representatives from various departments within the City of Tucson, other jurisdictions, agencies, and community members.
The coordinator will help manage the development of the Complete Streets Design Manual, the Mobility Master Plan, and the Community Engagement Plan. Work outside of normal business hours is required.
A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of managing and coordinating transportation programs and projects are required. Experience in implementing a Complete Streets Program is preferred. Applications must be received by Feb. 24. Phone screenings and oral board interviews will be held March 4 and March 7, respectively.
