Duties include record retrieval and retention, maintaining time sheets and leave time, tracking expenditures and account balances, scheduling meetings and appointments, and other tasks as needed. The senior account clerk will train the Parks and Recreation staff in payroll, internal department policies, and procedures related to the City’s Human Resources department.
Minimum qualifications include at least one year in accounting or bookkeeping and use of finance or accounting software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Kronos Timekeeping System is preferred. The deadline to apply is Jan. 29. Oral boards will be held Feb. 5.
