Tucson and Pima County courts will join together tomorrow, June 12, at 240 N. Stone Ave. to help individuals resolve outstanding warrants and/or pending traffic or criminal cases.
County Court will operate from 4-7 p.m., and City Court will run from 5-7 p.m. Many of the outstanding warrants issued are for failure to appear in court on prior charges or for non-compliance with court sentencing orders. Outstanding warrants may result in the suspension of a person’s Driver License.
The Warrant Resolution Court event will provide an opportunity for the public to take care of pending court matters during non-traditional hours. Court staff will be available to help those who owe court fees and fines by establishing or re-establishing payment plans and lifting Driver License suspensions.
