Keep Cooking Oil and Grease Out of Drains and Sewers

Save your used cooking oil and grease from Thanksgiving and take it to Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department’s annual recycling event on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018.

Pouring oil and grease down drains can clog and damage pipes and sewer lines. If you can’t wait until January, you can take your used cooking oil and grease to The Edge Group, a year-round regional sustainable waste service, at 8939 S. Eisenhower Road (near Nogales Highway and Hughes Access Road). Edge is open every Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
