Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan to be Considered at Next Mayor and Council Meeting

As a part of the City's development impact fee program update, the Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP) outlining growth projections and infrastructure needs will be considered for adoption next Tuesday, March  17, at the Mayor and Tucson City Council meeting. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m.

The Development Impact Fee Report will be considered in April, with an adoption hearing occurring in June. The City of Tucson collects development impact fees to fund public infrastructure improvements needed due to growth. The report and data must be updated every five years per Arizona statute.
