The Tucson Parks and Recreation Department will hold a series of community-wide open houses to gather public input on how it can best deliver recreation and leisure opportunities. The draft five-year master plan anticipates future needs and outlines the actions necessary to deliver high-quality recreation facilities, programs, and services to the Tucson area.
Public and stakeholder input is essential and critical to the success of the master plan. The public process provides opportunities for input through the project website or email to email@example.com.
Stakeholder focus group meetings are being held this month, with the first scheduled for Sept. 16, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Randolph Golf Complex Copper Room, 600 S. Alvernon Way. Locations and times for the other public open houses are at the project's website.
