Planning and Development Services Department Accepting Electronic Application Submittals

The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) is now allowing building package applications to be submitted electronically. Once the application has been submitted via the PDSD Filedrop, administrative review will take place within five working days and notice will be sent to the applicant if the application is incomplete or if substantive review has begun.

Application fees must be paid in advance through the online payment portal (on the PDSD home page) with 48 hours to process. Applications for development packages, subdivision plats, pre-submittal meeting documents, and land splits are only accepted electronically.

Beginning Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, all building and development package applications will only be accepted electronically.
