Planning and Development Services Department Integrates Online Queuing Software

The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) customers can now reserve their place in line without physically waiting in the office. Online queuing software has been integrated on PDSD’s first floor, 201 N. Stone Ave., in the Public Works Building.

When signed in online or in the office kiosk, customers will be notified via smartphone of their wait time with real-time feedback. Queuing software helps prioritize incoming requests based on urgency and complexity without requiring a customer to be waiting in the office.
