The City is seeking a plumber to work in its Environmental & General Services Department (EGSD). Duties include maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and installing plumbing, commercial irrigation and related systems, and components in City-owned facilities.
A plumber works independently with little to no supervision. The position is subject to on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed.
At least four years of maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and installing plumbing at the journey level is required. Applications must be received by March 3. A hands-on practical assessment will be held the week of March 11, with oral board interviews to follow.
