The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) is seeking feedback regarding a proposal to change the method of calculating the required area that is notified for certain land use actions. The proposed amendment will bring the current notification process into compliance with a recent state mandate while keeping the required notified parties roughly the same as calculated under current conditions.
The public meetings will be held Monday, Aug. 19, 5:30-6:30 p.m., at the City of Tucson Housing and Community Development department, Sentinel Building, 320 N. Commerce Park Loop and on Thursday, Aug. 22, noon-1 p.m., at the Pima County Public Works Building, Room B, 201 N. Stone Ave.
