City of Tucson Planning and Development Services (PDSD) has records available electronically via Property Research Online (PRO). Users can enter their address or permit number to find records information related to their property.
Available records are permits and plans (from mid-1950s to present), Certificate of Occupancy documents, and plot plans for houses in residential subdivisions with records continuously being uploaded.
PRO refreshes four times a day to give greater access to permit information. If your record is not available on PRO, a records request to PDSD Records via email at DSD_Records@tucsonaz.gov is required.
