Schools in Arizona to Close Due to Coronavirus

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey and Superintendent Kathy Hoffman announced a statewide closure of all Arizona schools through March 27. The announcement came yesterday, March 15, in an effort to keep kids, families, and school communities safe and healthy.

During the closure, districts are ensuring that students and all children have access to meals and will begin summer food service operations. Check with your local school for more information about how and where to access meals. Opportunities are being explored for available child care options during the statewide school closure.
