Tucson Parks and Recreation presents the 32nd annual Senior Olympic Festival, Jan. 9-31, at several venues throughout Tucson. The festival is a celebration to promote fitness, health, and an active lifestyle among adults 50 years of age and older.
Some of the events include volleyball, bowling, bridge, racquetball, basketball shoot, pickleball, archery, golf, tennis, horseshoes, badminton, and more. You can register through Dec. 31. You also can register between Jan. 1-11, but there will be a $3 per event late fee.
More than 2,000 people are expected to participate in the competition.
