The El Rio Theatre Project will present its 9th annual Shakespeare in the Park, with William Shakespeare's “Love’s Labour’s Lost” at the Himmel Park Outdoor Amphitheatre, 1000 N. Tucson Blvd. In this exuberant and romantic comedy, youthful idealism gets derailed by love. Performances begin Sept. 18 at 7 p.m., and the complete schedule can be found online.
The performances are free, with a suggested donation of $5. Bring a blanket, a picnic basket, and the whole family, and enjoy an evening of theatre in the park. For additional information, please call (520) 791-4353.
