Visit Tucson has developed a survey to help create the Tucson Tourism Ambassador Program for Metro Tucson. The objective is to increase regional tourism by inspiring front-line hospitality workers to turn every visitor encounter into a positive experience.
Hospitality ambassadors are defined as workers or volunteers whose primary job function is to interact with visitors and customers, building a positive brand for our region. The survey will help provide valuable input leading to formal training and certification, with the goal of national designation as a certified tourism ambassador.
The survey concludes Friday, July 26. For more information on the survey or the Tucson Tourism Ambassador Program, contact Vanessa Bechtol at (520) 770-2169 or VBechtol@VisitTucson.org.
