Three Open Houses Scheduled for Region's Future Transportation Improvement Program

The Pima Association of Governments (PAG) is hosting three open houses for the public to review and comment on the draft Five-Year Regional Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for FY 2020-2024. The draft identifies priorities for federal, state, and local roadways; transit services and aviation projects; and programs such as ride-sharing, vanpooling, and pedestrian safety.

The first open house is scheduled for tomorrow, March 26, 4-6 p.m., at the Randolph Golf Complex (Copper Room), 600 S. Alvernon Way. There will be another meeting on March 27, 4-6 p.m., at Wheeler Taft Abbett Sr. Library, 7800 N. Schisler Drive. The final open house will be on March 29, 10 a.m.-noon, at the Joyner-Green Valley Library, 601 N. La Cañada Drive in Green Valley.

The draft FY 2020-24 TIP may be viewed online starting March 26.
