Tucson Call Center Adding 200 Jobs

A customer service call center says it will add 200 jobs by July as part of its expansion. Alorica, the company that acquired Expert Global Solutions last year, already has more than 2,000 employees in Tucson. Expert Global Solutions has a 20-year history in Tucson, answering various customer service questions by phone, email, web chat, and text messaging.

The merged company has more than 40,000 employees in more than 70 locations in 11 countries.
