The Tucson Parks and Recreation department wants to know how it can improve recreation and leisure opportunities for all of its users.
This month, the department kicks off a second round of open houses to gather input on the process to create a vibrant, new five-year master plan that anticipates future needs and outlines the actions necessary to deliver high-quality recreation facilities, programs, and services to the Tucson area.
The public process provides opportunities for input through the project website (link below) or email to email@example.com. Stakeholder focus group meetings are being held through April 20, with the first meeting scheduled for tomorrow from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at El Pueblo Activity Center (Multipurpose Room), 101 W. Irvington Road.
Locations and times for the other open houses are posted on the project's website.
