Tucson Water customer service staff will be available on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Telephone hours will be from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and lobby hours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wait times may be longer, so customers are asked to be patient. When possible, use online options to manage accounts, service, and payments. Inquiries emailed to TWWebAcct1@tucsonaz.gov will be responded to as quickly as possible.
