Tucson Water is asking for community input in developing a long-range plan for water resource management. Community events have been taking place to give the public a voice in the management of our water resources. The next one is Thursday, March 12, 5-7 p.m., at the Santa Cruz River Farmers’ Market, Mercado San Agustin, 100 S. Avenida del Convento.
The One Water 2100 Master Plan will provide guidance on how the utility can best manage water resources under changing conditions over the next 80 years. A survey is also available to help guide decision-making related to water resources, capital investments, financial planning, and conservation practices over that timespan.
