Tucson Water reminds its customers that attempted phone scams and fraud increase during the holiday season. If someone calls stating he or she is from Tucson Water and asks for payment for service, hang up. Tucson Water does not initiate requests for payment or financial information from its customers over the telephone.
Anyone requesting payment arrangements for a delinquent account is asked to contact the utility. Tucson Water customers may verify their account status by going online, calling Customer Service at (520) 791-3242, or emailing TW_Web1@tucsonaz.gov.
