The Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH) is seeking 100 volunteers to participate in Everyone Counts 2020!, the annual Point-in-Time Count of individuals and families experiencing homelessness on a single day in the Tucson area.
The count will take place Wednesday, Jan. 29, from approximately 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. Teams of volunteers and experts will canvas assigned routes throughout the community and will briefly document who is experiencing homeless. This information is used to plan local homeless assistance systems, raise public awareness, and improve our community’s response to homelessness.
Volunteer training will be held Monday, Jan. 27, 5:30-8 p.m. The training will occur in the Sentinel Building at the City of Tucson Community Resource Campus, 310 N. Commerce Park Loop. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
