The Junior Staff in Training Program is not a paid position but a program that provides teens with an experience aimed at improving leadership skills and preparing teens ages 14-17 for possible future employment in the field of recreation.
All teen candidates must participate and pass a mandatory interview. Interviews will be held May 8th-12th.

Registration will take place after your interview at a program cost of: $70 City Residents/ $88 Non-City Residents.
Junior Staff in Training participants will be required to attend an orientation prior to starting the program. Orientation will be Saturday, June 3rd.
Junior Staff in Training participants may work a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Summer program dates will be: June 5-July 28, 2017; space is limited and site locations may vary.
Teens will be instructed to call or walk in to Class Registration after their passed interview to register for the program.
