NOTE: When navigating the Inspection Dashboard, use the map in the center of the page and click on the magnifying glass. You can enter either the permit number or address when the menu expands. Customers can also use the zoom and scroll function on the map to locate the address.

Customers can also Check the Status of Inspection Results using PRO (enter your address or activity number).

Inspections are conducted remotely through video calls

You will need your 10-digit activity (permit) number(s) and inspection item number listed on your permit card. All inspection items start with a zero (0) to create a five-digit code.

    Bonds

    A bond is required for a temporary structure. Please submit a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application online using the Filedrop or to the permit counter.

    Planning & Development Services no longer requires a bond for reseeding, temporary certificates of occupancy or temporary power.
