You will need your 10-digit activity (permit) number(s) and inspection item number listed on your permit card. All inspection items start will a zero (0) to create a five digit code.

Bonds
A bond is required for a temporary structure. Please submit a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application online using the Filedrop or to the permit counter.
