Public Meeting on the Sunset Date of the Infill Incentive District
YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND A PUBLIC MEETING ON THE SUNSET DATE OF THE INFILL INCENTIVE DISTRICT (IID). Currently, The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) are seeking feedback regarding the IID to help address approaching expiration of the IID ordinance on January, 31 2019. On or before this date, the Mayor and Council must extend the date, remove the date, or let the ordinance expire. This is why your feedback is so important!
At this Public Meeting, PDSD staff will give a presentation to help everyone understand the Infill Incentive District (IID) ordinance, will have time set aside for questions and answers, and time for attendees to share their opinions, observations, and suggestions regarding proposed changes and improvements. This feedback will be essential to staff’s assessment of the provisions of the ordinance and necessary improvements, as Staff will use the input received in refining the suggestions that will be brought to Mayor & Council prior to the sunset date of the ordinance.
