The City of Tucson Mayor and Council have directed staff to update Tucson’s zoning regulations related to marijuana dispensaries in light of the recently passed voter initiative (Proposition 207, Smart and Safe Arizona) to allow adult use marijuana.
Attend a public meeting to learn more about the voter initiative to allow adult use marijuana, the existing regulations for medical marijuana, and potential amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC) related to both medical marijuana and adult use marijuana. Time will be provided for participants to share their feedback and suggestions regarding proposed changes. This feedback will help shape a proposal that will be brought to Planning Commission and ultimately Mayor & Council for review.
Meeting Times: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the public meetings will be held virtually at the following two times:
Monday, January 11, 2021 12pm-1:30pm |
Tuesday, January 12, 2021 5:30pm-7:00pm |
