Neighborhood meetings required to be held in order to proceed with certain applications, such as rezonings, variances, Infill Incentive District projects, and other application types, should be conducted virtually until further notice. Please review this guidance from the Department of Planning and Development Services on how to conduct online neighborhood meetings.
Zoning Administration reviews certain types of projects for compliance with applicable zoning codes. In some cases, if a property cannot be developed in conformance with standards, there are processes available to modify the standards.
