Sign Code Revision Project

Planning and Development Services Department is currently working on revisions to the City's Sign Code to address the recent Reed v. Town of Gilbert Supreme Court Case.  As part of those revisions, it is also looking at revisions to address overall simplification and process improvement items such as moving the current Sign Code from Chapter 3 of the Tucson Code into Chapter 23b (Unified Development Code).

Additional Meeting Information

Both Planning Commission and the Citizen Sign Code Committee have appointed members to be on a joint subcommitee to review and comment on the draft Sign Code Revisions.  The following is a tentative schedule for the meetings:
