In order to file a Notice of Claim against a public entity or employee, please refer to
Arizona Revised Statutes §12-821 and 821.01.

Claimants have 180 days from an accident or injury to file a claim against the City.
Email- Preferred method of delivery
Please email your completed Notice of Claim form to the City Clerk at CityClerk@tucsonaz.gov.
Claim forms can be mailed to: City of Tucson, Attn: City Clerk, PO Box 27210, Tucson, AZ 85726
Claim forms can be hand-delivered at the Tucson City Clerk’s Office at 255 W. Alameda, 9th Floor.

Report beehives on City Property or presenting a public nuisance
Be prepared to provide the exact location of hive and street address.
