How to File a claim

In order to file a Notice of Claim against a public entity or employee, please refer to

Arizona Revised Statutes §12-821 and 821.01.

Claimants have 180 days from an accident or injury to file a claim against the City.

If you would like a form mailed or faxed to you, please call 520-791-4728.

Mail or Deliver

Claims against the City must be hand-delivered or mailed to the Tucson City Clerk's Office.
