Road Recovery Bond Program - Tanque Verde Road - Sabino Canyon Road to Kolb/Grant Roads Repaving Project - Final Paving Delayed

The final section of milled roadway on Tanque Verde Road between Sabino Canyon Road and Kolb/Grant Roads is scheduled to be repaved on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Originally the final paving was scheduled to be complete on Friday, June 8, 2018; however, a supply shortage of oil and asphalt is delaying the work.

Following the final paving operations, crews are scheduled to raise the manhole covers and water valve covers flush with the new asphalt on Tuesday, June 19 and Wednesday, June 20.

The above schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Business and residential access will be maintained at all times during the project. The traveling public can expect delays when driving in the work areas.  Please obey all traffic control signs and watch for construction personnel and equipment in these work areas.
