Transportation and Mobility - COVID-19 City Services

Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM) offices are closed to the public through May 15. Staff will continue to provide City services, however, the following measures will be taken for the safety of the public and our employees:

    Customer Service:

    • Customer Service Representatives will take calls at 791-3154

    • Issues in the public right-of-way can also be reported at

    Park Tucson Services: 

    • Parking citation fine payments may be made online or mobile application

    • Permits can be renewed/obtained via the GoTucson Parking mobile application

    • An outdoor dropbox is available for payments by cash or checks, just outside the door of the Park Tucson office at 110 E. Pennington St., #150

    • Email for all other inquiries


    • All Engineering and permit transactions will be done by telephone and email

    • No cash or checks will be accepted at this time
