GAIN 2016

October is Crime Prevention month. Getting Arizonans Involved in Neighborhoods (G.A.I.N.) is an event held by police agencies statewide in collaboration with Neighborhood Associations to meet and discuss crime prevention and to further reinforce our enduring partnership in combatting criminal activity in our community.

G.A.I.N. will be celebrated in various neighborhoods throughout Tucson on Tuesday, October 4th, 2016. Commanders and Officers of the Tucson Police Department will be visiting G.A.I.N. events throughout the evening.

G.A.I.N. takes advantage of Tucson’s normally mild fall temperatures and beautiful evenings to bring neighbors outside, meeting with one another along with Police Commanders and Officers to forge relationships that strengthen our neighborhoods and community.

Contact your neighborhood association to see if they are participating and for the time and location of their event.

If your eastside Neighborhood Association is not already preregistered for a G.A.I.N. event, contact your the eastside substation by calling 791-5700, or visit them at 9670 E Golf Links Road.
